Contemplation

Magic is often found in embracing old wisdom to connect to our human experience. When life gets hard, I often reach for a card and hot cup of tea, and ruminate on its rich symbolism. Somehow it helps me feel like I belong to something bigger than what I sense in my quotidian life.

Meditation Tea Blend
Ingredients
  • ⅓ Tulsi
  • ⅓ Chamomile
  • ⅓ Lemon Balm
Instructions
  1. For one 12oz/355ml mug: steep ½ tsp of each ingredient in 212F/100C water for 10 minutes.
  2. For one 24oz/710ml teapot: steep 1 tsp of each ingredient in 212F/100C water for 10 minutes.
